Phishing attacks are dangerous, and have a major impact on our organisation. An end user should treat e-mails sensibly and not enter personal or company data just like that. Make sure you always report phishing emails.

Phishing is and remains one of the most common digital attacks on a company. Even within Vion, we spend a lot of time preventing and blocking phishing emails.

How does a hacker actually proceed? That obviously depends on the type of phishing email, but let's take the most common example; an email in which you follow a link to enter data in order to open a file or change your password.
