Besides daily monitoring, we also conduct phishing test campaigns several times a year. For this, we work with Kembit, which supports us and provides the reports.
The aim of these campaigns is to measure how you as employees react and act on such phishing e-mails. We then use the results for additional education (such as this newsletter) or future phishing tests. The results of the latest phishing campaigns are shown in figure 4.

Phishing attacks are dangerous, and have a big impact on our organisation. Ultimately, it comes down to the end user to handle emails wisely and not just enter personal or company data anywhere. Therefore, make sure you always report emails. The aim is that as many employees as possible recognise the phishing test e-mails as such, report them and that as few employees as possible click on the link (Clicked link) and that no one falls into the trap and enters his/her login details on the web page (Provided credentials).
Furthermore, we do notice within the security office that reporting is increasing and correct. A better distinction is being made between spam emails and phishing emails. So this is certainly good news for us and also for Vion!
