Five foremen* were congratulated on Thursday 28 April after completing the Top Talents training course. They started this intensive programme in September 2020.

They were all paired with a mentor and undertook practical and online assignments, and other types of training for a year and a half. They were trained in soft skills and took other internal training courses, such as chain and quality knowledge and VOS.

The Top Talents training course will not be restarted, but is being transferred to vocational training via the Meat Master Academy and leadership programmes such as People Matter Operational Leadership.

Congratulations to these achievers!
