Privacy & security is a subject that is receiving an increasing amount of attention. Ensuring a secure and protected work environment is not only important for us as a company, but also for yourself. We can then be certain that we handle employees' personal data properly and confidentially.

In Germany, we have had good experiences for many years with local support in the field of privacy from a local privacy coordinator. These coordinators are the first point of contact for employees and also actively participate in implementing policies and providing information. Last year, we started to deploy these coordinators more broadly by including information security as a prominent component. The first steps have been taken in the form of training. The coordinator role has also been established for the Dutch and Belgian locations and colleagues have been appointed.
