We would like to inform you that as of 15 August 2022, Patrick van den Langenberg will take on the position of HR BU Lead Pork. He will be taking over the role that Toine van Beek is currently fulfilling on an interim basis. The gradual transfer of work from Toine to Patrick will begin in July.

Patrick joined Vion in 2018 as HR Business Partner Pork. Since 2020, he has held the position of HR Development Manager and shaped the Learning & Development department. In his new position, Patrick will report to John de Jonge and will be responsible for the HR team at Pork. His main focus will be to support BU management on all strategic, tactical and operational business HR topics, organisational development, change management, recruitment, coaching and leadership. Patrick will also be part of the HR MT and in this role he will support the further professionalisation of the HR processes, providing optimal support to the business.

Toine will continue to work at Vion from 15 August until the end of 2022 and will take on specific Pork HR projects. A replacement is being sought for Patrick's current role. Internal candidates are also being considered.
