We would like to inform you that Els van Haaren is taking up the position of Strategy Manager BU Pork as of 1 May. In this new role, Els will form the link between various disciplines within BU Pork in together taking the next step in our strategy and Project Management Office. In this position, Els reports to the undersigned.

Els started at Vion in January 2016 as a trainee within the BU Pork. Since completing the traineeship, she has held various positions. Els started as a team leader in the cutting hall at Vion Boxtel. From 2018, she has been working on the launch of the S&OP department. In addition, Els was part of the Core Team for the Strategy Redefinition project in 2019, during which the current 'Building Balanced Chains' (BBC) strategy was established. Since December 2021, Els has worked as a Chain Manager within the BBC team.
