On an average working day, we are provided with a lot of information, both on paper and in the form of digital documents. Be alert and follow the Vion clean desk policy!

What does clean desk policy mean?

It might have happened to you: you print a document, you get a phone call and you forget to pick up what you printed. Sensitive information lies unattended in the printer and anyone can take it.

The printers at Vion are equipped with the 'Follow Me' printing functionality. You can use your access badge to log into the nearest printer and collect your printed document there. Go to Vionline for more information.

Waste paper
Never leave documents containing sensitive information lying around. There is a waste paper bin or document shredder next to most printers for you to dispose of sensitive documents safely.
