A new top premium regional brand is the latest star of the Vion portfolio. The Vion Bad Bramstedt team has developed and registered a special regional programme for Northern Germany under the name "Wat’n Rind!". The name speaks for itself: the best heifers in Northern Germany have an impressively unique taste and excellent meat quality. The best beef! Why heifers? Pascal Keppler, who initiated the programme, strongly believes in their potential, especially among connaisseurs. "But the limited range available on the market also makes heifer meat a much sought-after product."

Vion Bad Bramstedt promotes the marketing of heifers with the unique regional brand "Wat’n Rind!" and encourages farmers with a bonus programme to take part. This way, Vion Bad Bramstedt provides an innovative means of marketing carefully selected regional* premium beef in a closed supply chain. The programme will begin with 50 heifers per week and supply the high-end retail market and premium gastronomy in the region.
