Dear colleague,

As you all have read in the Strategy News, the projects related to Pork/Beef NL ERP implementation have been included into a programme. This programme is called UNITED. A new logo has been created to give the programme its own identity.  Furthermore, Jos Timmermans has been appointed as new Programme Manager to ensure dedicated focus on successful implementation of the interrelated projects: UNITY, MDM and VBACC in the Netherlands.

Programme update

Currently, the programme is in this phase of the project caught by various bottlenecks which prevent to move to the next phase. In order to come to a Vion tailored work process, an assessment on the end-to-end process, an assessment on CarLo as transport management system and a data assessment are being conducted in order to avoid gaps between the several IT solutions. Furthermore, the programme reassesses whether the choices made at the start of the above-mentioned projects and the assumptions which were used are still valid. After the summer, the new planning and the updated go-live dates for P2I will be communicated. The go-live dates for P2S remain for now on 26 September 2022 for Trade & Supplier Portal and on 23 January 2023 for Slaughter & Supplier Portal.
